Eric F. Eller has been practicing law since 1995 and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina State Court. His practice focuses primarily on criminal and traffic defense in Ashe, Avery, Caldwell, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yadkin Counties in North Carolina. He also handles expungements of criminal records in the State Courts. Our firm is based in Boone, North Carolina, located on West King Street!

Attorney Eller was born and raised in Ashe County, North Carolina. He attended Watauga High School and graduated in 1983. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and received his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forrest University School of Law in 1995. Prior to attending school, he served in the United States Army and was stationed in Kitzingen, Germany, with the 1/64 Armored Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division. He was Honorably Discharged in 1987.

Originally from Louisiana, I relocated to the mountains in 2000, embracing a new chapter in a vibrant community. With an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, I have built a diverse career as a paralegal, working across various legal fields. I bring dedication and expertise to my work, which I deeply enjoy. Married for 20 years, I am a proud parent of four adult children, balancing a fulfilling professional life with a rich family life.
